Device Descriptions |
Devices which are intended for use within a fieldbus
based solution usually need a device description in
order to integrate the device into upper level systems,
for configuration, diagnostics and asset management.
In the case of Fieldbus Foundation creation of a device
description is a prerequisite to development of the
actual device FF interface. |
